I had a broken wrist and it was difficult to do things in such a cramped area. The stairs were difficult to navigate and very steep again with the broken wrist. The "house" is spacious and unique and filled with antiques plus it is a convenient drive to Belleayre Ski Center. The kids enjoyed playing upstairs and most of the adults hung out in the kitchen during the evenings. The beds were comfortable and we were able to maintain the heat in a comfortable range for us (upper 60s). ”

“THE SOFA IS NOT A PROPER SLEEPER FOR AN ADULT. It is an old peculiar object in pieces that should be replaced. The sheets and blankets look like hand me downs. Chairs are uncomfortable. Dirty exterior entryway, very sticky apartment key, crooked floors, fridge door opens wrong way into the wall, there's a random fire extinguisher on floor, outlets don't all work, a challenge if you want to charge your phone, you'll hit your head on the ceiling of the loft area even if you're not tall.
